1. Can I evaluate before buying?

Yes! Our APIs have a risk free, evaluation plan available. We strongly encourage developers to use the trial plan to test our service prior to purchasing in order to ensure that they will fill your needs 100%.

 

2. Which API calls are charged?

All operations are charged. For further details head to the pricing guide.

 

3. Do I need to enter credit card details to evaluate?

No, you can use the trial plan without entering your credit card details.

 

4. Can I receive technical support when I’m evaluating?

Yes! Our support teams will be glad to assist. We want to ensure there are no bad surprises after you begin using the product. We provide an online forum that is maintained by our highly trained development staff. Whether you have already purchased or are still evaluating we will always provide timely, helpful assistance.

 

5. Can I make a feature request?

Yes! While we can not add every feature, our development teams know that if one company has a need that others may as well. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Customer feedback is what helps Aspose to have excellent, feature-rich APIs.

 

6. What are your Terms of Service and other policies??

7. Can I get a discount?

Our services are fairly priced so we do not offer any discounts. Read about our discount policy to learn more.

 

8. How do I cancel the service?

From the dashboard, select Billing and then Subscription from the left menu. Then on the center screen click Downgrade.

 

9. Does the one plan include access to all products?

Yes you are billed for what you can use so you can access the APIs for all products in the Aspose.Total Cloud Product Family.

 

10. Where do I find my Client ID and Client Secret?

You need to create a new app from the dashboard and you will be supplied with the credentials to use. Refer to the docs for further details.

 

11. Who else uses Aspose for Cloud APIs?
