What happens if your credit card cannot be charged

We understand that payments can fail for a number of reasons. If there’s ever an issue with completing a payment, we’ll immediately notify the account holder and any administrative contacts via email.

Even if a payment fails, you will still have access to the service for 14 days. Your subscription will be suspended on the 15th day if you don’t update your payment information by then. In this case you will be downgraded to a trial plan with limitations.

 
Updating your credit card information

Log into your account and then head to the My Account tab of the dashboard to update your credit card details.
