Due to the possibility of fraudulently placed orders we do not always charge a credit card immediately. We have automated systems in place to pick up suspicious billing details and if anything is in doubt, we contact the customer to provide more details, to ensure that the purchase is genuine.
We have sales staff in several time zones and can normally resolve any such issues in less than an hour in most cases after your purchase is made.
